Dr. Jessica Driscoll registered Psychologist in the province of British Columbia

Dr. Driscoll is a registered psychologist in the province of British Columbia specializing in clinical and forensic psychology. Dr. Driscoll provides psychological services in a variety of capacities, including direct service, teaching and supervision to professionals and students, as well as legal consultation. Dr. Driscoll has extensive experience working with a broad range of psychological problems experienced by adolescents and adults.

Dr. Driscoll adopts a collaborative therapeutic and assessment approach in working towards a client's personal goals and improved emotional and behavioural functioning. Guiding principles of Dr. Driscoll’s collaborative practice include providing assessments and interventions that reflect best practices, up-to-date research, and the best fit for each client’s individual needs.

Dr. Driscoll provides therapy and assessment services to the community as well as third party referrals including lawyers and insurance providers. Dr. Driscoll is a registered treatment provider for the RCMP, Veteran’s Affairs Canada, BC Emergency Health Services, and BC’s Crime Victim Assistance Program.

Dr. Driscoll also provides comprehensive psychological and risk assessments and has been qualified as an expert in the Canadian Courts.  She provides consultation to numerous partners within the legal system and the community regarding the implementation of effective risk management plans for individuals in trouble with the law, as well as numerous other areas of Forensic Psychology.

Our Story

Dr. Driscoll received her Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in Nova Scotia and has practiced in a number of psychological settings in Nova Scotia, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Since 2015, Dr. Driscoll has operated a private psychological practice in Kelowna, British Columbia. Within her private practice, Dr. Driscoll provides psychological assessment and intervention services to adolescents and adults with a range of psychological problems and concerns. A large portion of the clients seen in Dr. Driscoll’s practice present with trauma and/or stressor-related disorders as well as anxiety- or mood-related concerns.

Dr. Driscoll is also an Adjunct Faculty with the University of British Columbia – Okanagan Campus where she provides supervision to psychology graduate students and is a sessional instructor in undergraduate psychopathology.
